The Look for Less: Beyonce’s “Formation” Video

You’re probably well aware that Beyonce’ pretty much broke the Internet over the weekend with the music video debut for her new single Formation (plus her Super Bowl performance). The visuals were amazing — and the fashion . . . THE FASHION . . . *faints*

A group of fashion all-stars styled Queen Bey for the video including fashion editor/street style extraordinaire Shiona Turini and uber fab stylists Marni Senofonte and Zerina Akers. Bey wore a bevy of stylish ‘fits including a signature Gucci print crop top paired with matching hot pants and a white lace Alessandra Rich dress. But my absolute favorite look was a vintage all-black ensemble she wore decked out in layers upon layers of silver chain necklaces, earrings and bracelets by Dylanlex. Literally, breathtaking!

I don’t doubt that there will be plenty of copycat #ootd looks floating around on Instagram this week — but, honestly, can you blame them? Altogether, the neck laces, brac elets and earrings that Beyonce’ wore in the video total $3,400 — and that’s *just* her accessories.
