If I could describe my personal style in three words, they would be: classic, clean and sophisticated. When shopping, I tend to gravitate towards simple pieces that are fluid, easy to wear and can mix-and-match with a variety of items already in my closet. For spring, there’s lots of slim-fit pants, utility- and blouson-style tops, soft knit tees, lightweight oversized cardigans, blazers, and midi-skirts.
This look is one of my dressy-casual uniforms for the season. It can be dressed up with heels or down with flats. This top and pant are two of my wardrobe staples right now and can be worn many ways (read: giving me the most bang for my buck): with a vest, a blazer, an oversized scarf, or by themselves. And because the palette is muted, I added pops of color with a vibrant pink matte lip cream by NYX and coral nails (Wet ‘N Wild’s “Tropicalia”), a chunky gold chain link necklace, as well my go-to leopard heels.
