While it’s totally fine to splurge on a luxe beauty product here and there, for girls with everyday budgets, shelling out $65 every time you need a new jar of face cream can do some serious damage to your checking account. That’s why mixing in some drugstore beauty finds is very necessary. You can even find products that are just as good as those you’d get from a department store.
Full disclosure: I stay inside a drugstore (specifically, CVS and Rite Aid). They’re my go-to spot for all things beautimous and budget-friendly when I can’t get to Ulta. Case and point: Instead of dropping $20 to $30 on one bottle of designer nail lacquer at a department store (that doesn’t last any longer than a lower-priced version), I can stock-up on four to five similar polish shades for under $8 each at the drugstore.
I’ve picked up a couple of items over the last month or two that I absolutely love and want to share. From a daily moisturizer to a balm stain, the five products below are in heavy rotation in my beauty arsenal — and under $10 each. You’re welcome ;-)
