Next month, Marc Jacobs — one of my favorite fashion designers — will roll out a highly-anticipated beauty collection. Needless to say, we’re really excited to try it. Here’s a few details on his line and some of the other beauty diffusion lines to be excited about this summer.

1. Marc Jacobs Beauty

When: August 9

Where to buy: Sephora and select Marc Jacobs stores

What to expect: Jacobs told Women’s Wear Daily that he isn’t a fan of natural palettes (“that’s a little lazy,” he told the trade journal.) If you aren’t afraid to sport a red lip or vibrant nail polish, this line is for you. You can get a sneak peek of the line over at Fashionista.

2. Lancome Show by Alber Elbaz

When: Out now!

Where to buy:  Lancome-usa.com, department stores, Sephora

What to expect: Lanvin’s creative director teamed up with Lancome to deliver a dramatic collection of mascaras, eye palettes and false lashes. This whimsically-packaged makeup line reflects Elbaz’s artistic flair and is perfect for a night on the town.

3. the rich is back! (Matthew Williamson for Benefit)

When: Out now!

Where to buy: Sephora, Benefitcosmetics.com

What to expect: Disco, baby! Williamson’s collection includes a colorful eyeshadow palette (we can’t wait to try out that gorgeous teal), a blush-toned cheek powder, a decadent mascara and a bright ruby lip gloss.

READERS’ TAKE: Are you excited to try one of these lines? Sound off in the comments. Because beauty is always in fashion.

Stay beautiful,

Bethonie, S&P Beauty Contributor
