Zoe Saldana served up some casual cool in black leather skinny pants, a sheer top and camel coat by Miu Miu at the label’s runway show during Paris Fashion Week. Jessica Chastain rocked a fashion-forward alternative to the LBD dressed in a structured black vest and matching trousers by Viktor & Rolf in Paris.

A sophisticated sheath and chic cropped trouser pants helped score these ladies an A-plus in the fashion department. Zoe Saldana looked stylish and demure in a plum belted sheath dress by Giambattista Valli with matching T-strap heels at the Beat the Odds Awards in Beverly Hills.

Rashida Jones took hipster to another level in a bright cobalt blue slim fit pant suit with a graphic print blouse by Peter Pilotto and hot pink pumps while making an appearance at Trevor Live in Los Angeles. Gwyneth Paltrow rocked a look that would be perfect for a swanky holiday shindig dressed in a shimmery two-piece ensemble complete with a bustier-style top and cropped trouser pants at the Boss Nuit store opening in Dubai.

Just in case you needed some extra motivation to hit the gym this week, these stylish ladies dressed in short shorts show you why showing off toned legs can take your look up a notch this season. Olivia Palermo looked effortlessly chic in a white tuxedo jacket, blue striped tee,  black tailored shorts and blue satin pumps with diamond jewelry to a Faberge event in New York City.

Zoe Saldana looked super sassy in all black with a high-low tee, leather shorts and tan strappy sandals while at Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic. Solange Knowles does boho chic right in a white printed loose-fit blouse paired with black high-waisted shorts, black gladiator sandals and a statement necklace at an event at the Saks Fifth Avenue store in NYC.

The stars were out soaking up these last few days of Indian summer in transitional looks that carry them through mid-fall, if styled just right. Zoe Saldana was garden party fab dressed in a belted floral petal print dress with sheer detail and nude platform Mary Jane heels at the 2nd Annual Stars at the Veuve Clicquot Party in Pacific Palisades, Calif.

Gwen Stefani went for uptown chic — proving that you can never go wrong with the basics — dressed in skinny black pants, a sleeveless white button-down blouse and black peeptoe pumps, while out and about in London. Salma Hayek glowed in a peachy pink dress with a pleated skirt and accessorized it with a bold black and gold belt, black platform pumps and statement jewelry at the presentation for Alexander McQueen’s spring 2012 collection.
