Eva Longoria got a jump-start on one of fall’s biggest color trends wearing a vibrant red tunic dress with a tassel belt, nude peep-toe pumps and a snake print clutch in route to a dinner spot in Hollywood. Zoe Saldana made the rounds promoting her new flick, “Colombiana,” in L.A., dressed in a salmon-colored cocktail dress with a touch of draping paired with nude stilettos.

Or that nearly ever clothing store has ushered in their fall wares. Or that online shops are sending e-alerts about everything from boots to trench coats to draped sweaters now on sale. We’re waiting patiently to break out autumn’s best!

While blog-surfing, we spotted Solange Knowles making the celebrity rounds in a chic color-block sweater and trouser pant ensemble at Macy’s INC International Concepts event in NYC. The color-blocked top immediately stood out — and we fell in love with it even more once when we learned it was a piece that everyday fashionistas could afford.
Solange opted for mustard yellow cropped trousers and leopard print heels. Put a different spin on the INC International Concepts sweater by pairing it with a cobalt blue pencil skirt and nude shoe booties. Or if you’re going for a more casual look, try a pair of wide-leg trouser jeans and platform wedges.
