Subtle feminine details are what made these celebrity starlets stand out. Katherine McPhee kept things fairly neutral with a blush colored blouse and nude shoes, but kicked her look up a notch with a black lace mini-skirt at Comic-Con 2011 in San Diego.

Paula Patton embraced the season’s vibrant color trend dressed in a curve-hugging mini-dress with a touch of draping in the skirt and a bustier-like top with a lace overlay while at a MIU MIU private event in Beverly Hills. And Jennifer Aniston made a hard, edgy fabric feel demure by wearing a sleeveless black leather shift with pockets and strappy sandals to the London premiere of “Horrible Bosses.”
